Meet the Accomplish Team

Grant    Grant Hewson
Managing Director 

Grant is the General Manager and the Director of Accomplish. Grant has successfully
led the company since joining in July 2005. A proven business builder, strategist
and people manager, Grant has an extensive sales, marketing and business
development background.

He has held roles predominantly in the FMCG industry for large organisations in
both
New Zealand and Australia, including Unilever, SC Johnson Wax, Lion Nathan
and Baxter Healthcare.
 

Australian born (we don't hold that against him!), Grant has resided in New Zealand since 1996 and is married with two daughters. A keen cyclist, his interests also
include personal fitness, golf and fishing.
 
 
   
 SALES TEAM
    Raewyn

Raewyn Whisker
Account Manager 

Raewyn is the Account Manager for Accomplish and joined in June 2006. Looking
after our existing Business Partners and seeking new business, Raewyn also
manages the Business Partner Programme and possesses a good knowledge of CashManager.
 

Raewyn comes from an IT Sales and Admin background and previously sold
hardware and software for a large IT company.
 Born and bred in Ashburton,
Raewyn has lived in Invercargill and
Wellington before moving to Auckland in
1992.

A keen cyclist and budding triathlete, she is married and has a dog, a Standard
Smooth Dashund,
Tex. The family love living in Clevedon, south of Auckland, but
hate the commuting!
  

 

 Naaz

Naazneen Wadia
Office Manager

Naaz is one of the key team members at Accomplish. A Commerce graduate,
she is a veteran after more than ten years with the company. There is not much
that Naaz doesn't know about the day to day running of the office and she can
answer just about any question you throw at her! Looking after accounts payable, receivable and payroll also keeps her busy.

Naaz migrated from the rich
land of Dubai in 2001. She lives in Auckland with
her husband and two children. In the brief spare time Naaz has, she enjoys
dancing and craft work, allowing her to exercise her creative streak.
 
 
 

 Bridget Bridget Holder
Sales Admin Assistant 

Bridget joined the company in March 2011. She is a new member of our sales

team with a focus on administration alongside Naaz.

Bridget was born and bred in
Auckland. She is currently studying towards a degree

in Counseling. Aside from working and studying in her spare time she loves reading, cooking and socializing.

 

 

 
 Penny

Penny Gardiner
Training Manager 

Our Training Manager Penny coordinates and presents both group and
1:1 training sessions in NZ and
Australia. With an extensive IT and training
background, Penny has worked in the IT industry in Australia and the UK for organisations such as Fletcher Construction and Ace Computer Training, where
she was the Senior Trainer.
 

Penny also runs her own software business, EASYDocs Ltd. She started the
business in 1993, which involves developing, maintaining and selling TheoLegal - programming custom document software solutions for clients, training, and
consulting.

Penny joined Accomplish in 2006 as a part-time Technical Support Analyst and
has now moved into the Training Manager role.
Penny's four children also keep
her busy and she enjoys an active life and getting out skiing - both the water and
snow varieties
  

    
SUPPORT TEAM
 Mandy

Mandy Adams
Support Services Manager 

Mandy manages our Support Team and is responsible for ensuring Accomplish
continue to offer an 'Awesome' level of support to our customers.
 

The support desk is open from 8am to 9pm (NZ time) Monday to Friday.
Mandy ensures that those hours are covered at all times with our team of
Technical Support Analysts.
Mandy works closely with our program developers
to ensure that our software is completely up to date and to further enhance the
program through the new version releases that we produce each year.
 

Mandy enjoys the outdoors and getting to grips with nature whenever she
can, embarking on regular tramping trips around the countryside.
  

 

 

 
Nat Dowsett
Sales & Support Executive


Since joining Accomplish in August 2008 Nat has become an integral member of the Support team, handling support enquiries from our business partners and end users.   
 
In recent times Nat has branched into Sales and since June 2011 has been performing the Website duties.
 
 

 




Nilesh Fonseca
Technical Support Analyst
 

Nilesh joined the Accomplish Support Team as a full-timer in July
2011. Nilesh has a background in accounting and has since proven himself as a fast learner of CashManager
.
 

Nilesh
has a great love of playing the Piano,enjoys cutting hair and has a Doberman to help him de-stress.  

 

 

 Steven

Steven Davey (Part-time)
Technical Support Analyst 

Steven joined Accomplish in April 2008 as a Technical Support Analyst. He has
proved himself quickly and has become an integral member of the Support team, handling support enquiries from our business partners and end users.
 

Steven is a New Zealand trained Secondary School Teacher in I.C.T. and Technology
and qualified as a Network Engineer.
  

 

 Eugene Eugene Hawkins (Part-time)
Technical Support Analyst 

Eugene is a part time Technical Support analyst on the Accomplish Support desk.
He joined in July 2007 and has gained a wealth of technical knowledge. He has a certificate in Electro-technology gained from Unitec in
Auckland.
 

Born in Russia, Eugene moved to South Africa 10 years later and then to NZ in 2006. Eugene is an avid cricket player and fan, playing for Cornwall Cricket Club. 

 

 

 Supriya Supriya Siddiqui (Part-time)
Technical Support Analyst 

Supriya is a part-time Technical Support Analyst, working the evening shifts.
A university student, Supriya is in her final year of study for a Bachelor's degree
in Science, majoring in physiology and psychology.
 

On the days when she is not reading textbooks, doing assignments or working on
the Support Desk, Supriya enjoys reading, table tennis, chess, music and just plain sleeping in and being lazy - like many Uni students are!

About 18 years ago when I first started in business, I had a lot of trouble finding an accounting package that was accessible. I got my accountant to look for something for me. We tried some products, but they were very difficult to use and the companies would not play ball. In the year 2000 the accountant found CashManager and I had a look at the trial product, it was an instant success. I didn't have any problems compared to what I had before. Therefore I purchased CashManager and decided not to update to any newer versions. I called Accomplish to rejoin support in November 2009 and was advised that there had been some enhancements made to help users of screen readers. When I updated, I was very, very impressed with what had been done, and pleased with the company’s commitment to my marketplace. Accomplish have now given me 100% independence in my business and personal life. I wish to thank Accomplish for taking the time to do what they have done.
